Why hire a photo booth for an Essex event?
Your photographer captures you and the headline moments. A photo booth captures everyone else — the friends, the cousins, the colleagues who'd otherwise go home without a single picture of themselves. That's the real value. It also quietly solves the awkward lull every event has: the gap between the meal and the dancing, when nobody quite knows what to do. Once the booth opens, the room finds its feet again.
The difference between a forgettable booth and a brilliant one usually comes down to the person running it. Ours are attendants who actually engage your guests — handing out props, keeping the queue moving, getting the shy ones involved — rather than standing back and watching a screen. We're based in South Woodham Ferrers, so most Essex venues are a short drive away and we know the local rooms well.
The three booths — and what each costs
We run three booths, each suited to a different kind of event and budget. Prices below are starting points; every booth comes in Essential, Signature and Luxury tiers, with the full breakdown on our pricing page.
360° Slow Motion Booth — from £280
The showstopper. Guests stand on a platform, a camera arm sweeps around them, and the result is a slow-motion video clip that lands on Instagram and TikTok before the night is over. It needs a clear 3m × 3m area and a 2.5m ceiling, and it's at its best with 80+ guests. Hire runs from £280 for two hours up to £450 for four.
Glam Vintage Booth — from £280
Polished lighting, a beautiful backdrop, and unlimited printed strips your guests take home on the night. It's the most versatile of the three — equally at home at a barn wedding, a hen party or an awards evening — and fits a tidy 2m × 2m. Every guest leaves with a physical keepsake, and you get the full digital gallery afterwards.
Selfie Pod — from £200
Compact, sleek and the easiest on the budget. Guests tap the screen, pose, and share a sharp digital image instantly. It's the smart pick for smaller celebrations, corporate events or venues tight on space, and it sets up in around 30 minutes. Hire starts from £200.

How to book
Booking is deliberately simple: pick your booth and package, pay a 15% deposit to hold the date, and we handle the rest — arriving early to set up, running the booth on the night, and packing down without you having to think about it. The balance is due 14 days before your event, and what we quote is what you pay; there are no surprise fees on the day. When you're ready, check your date and book here.
