The Roslin Beach Hotel is our most-booked Southend venue. We know that the preferred setup position faces the seafront windows, and that the venue coordinator expects all suppliers to arrive at least 90 minutes before doors open to clear the dining room first. At the Cliffs Pavilion, access is via the stage door on Westcliff Parade; we coordinate a timed arrival with the duty manager because the loading bay is shared with other suppliers. Lawn & Dore in Leigh-on-Sea has a compact function room where the Selfie Pod is a better fit than the full 360° arm — a detail worth knowing before you confirm your booth choice.
