FunLoading360 corporate packages start at £549 for a half-day (4 hours, up to 150 guests) and £899 for a full day (8 hours, up to 300 guests). A monthly retainer is available at £299/month for one event per month on a 12-month contract. All prices are inclusive — we are not VAT-registered. Travel beyond 25 miles of Chelmsford is quoted separately per mile.
Yes — custom branded overlays are included in every corporate package at no extra cost. We design the overlay to your brand guidelines (logo, colours, messaging) and share a preview for approval 3-5 working days before your event. Every photo guests receive carries your brand.
Our data capture module collects guest email addresses at the point of digital photo sharing, with explicit consent given before the photo is sent. Data is exported to a CSV file delivered to you after the event, and all guest data is deleted from our systems within 30 days. Full GDPR consent wording is available for your review on request.
Yes — we carry £5M public liability insurance. We can share the certificate directly with your venue or event management team before the event. All our equipment is PAT-tested annually and operators are DBS-checked.
For most corporate events, 2-4 weeks notice is sufficient. For large-scale events (300+ guests, multi-booth setups) or peak dates (Christmas party season: November-December), we recommend 6-8 weeks. We can accommodate last-minute bookings with 48-72 hours notice if the date is available.
Yes — your dedicated account manager sends branded overlay mock-ups for approval as part of the standard booking process. We send the initial design within 3 working days of receiving your brand assets (logo, colours, copy). Revisions are included at no extra cost.
The post-event report (delivered the same evening) includes: total photo activations, peak usage times, most popular booth configuration, email capture count (if data capture was active), and estimated reach based on sharing behaviour. You can use this to demonstrate ROI to your stakeholders.
Yes — we cover all London postcodes. A £50 supplement applies for London and London-fringe postcodes, which is itemised in your quote. We have experience at venues across the City, West End, Shoreditch, Canary Wharf, and South Bank.
