We arrange access with the Cathedral events office at least 48 hours ahead, and our setup must clear the precinct security checkpoint before 4 pm on event days — a process we now know step by step. The Abode Canterbury's function rooms vary in size: the Selfie Pod fits the smaller suites without blocking sightlines, while the 360° Slow Motion platform works in the main function room accessed via the service staircase on the left of the entrance hall, which is wide enough for the equipment case where the guest lift is not. At Whitstable Castle, the coastal setting attracts summer weddings where the Glam Vintage booth's warm ring light suits the period interior, and we travel with an extended seaside props set as standard for CT5 bookings.
